Writing and Blogs

To be honest, writing is what I love best. It's strange how I'd forgotten that small boy at primary school, who, two years running, won seven bars of Cadbury's chocolate, as first prize in a short story competition. How I wanted to be a writer, a poet, even! And how during my middle years, all of this was forgotten. It was when I came in my early '50s to take a two-year course to help me know myself  'in the things that are eternal' that I took time to consider what my project would look like. A whizz-bang multi-media presentation, I thought, but no. It turned out to be a 30,000-word short story, Mona Lisa and Mad Hatters (Parts 1-3). I was a writer, after all! Just that I only wrote for me, for one other person (I may never know who this is) and for God. And spiritoso..? Spiritoso means 'little breath of wind'. I hope this sums up how I write.
